Our journey
Almost thirty years ago, February 17, 1992, Michel Beauchamp and Cindy Gilbert, both notaries, partnered and founded Beauchamp et Gilbert, Notaires Inc.
The human approach that distinguishes them when faced with legal issues affecting individuals, lawyers or associations allowed them to develop a leading expertise, especially concerning successions and protective supervision.
Through the years, the firm has built a solid experience in the fields of liquidation of successions, tutorships and curatorships, non-contentious proceedings, wills and protection mandates.
Beauchamp Gilbert, notaires have now become a reference in Québec in matters of successions and estate law.
More recently, the establishment of MAGISTRUM, a specialised legal training company, allows us to share our knowledge acquired over the years by offering support, advice in our fields of expertise (successions, protective supervision, tutorships and curatorships, wills and mandates and non-contentious proceedings), as well as training created by practitioners, for practitioners.
Our team's strong grasp of legal concepts allows us to precisely apply the law to each practical case.
